Shri Walia is a former minister of state, Government of Uttrakhand. He is also associated with several political and Social Organizations.

EARLY LIFE
Shri Ram Kumar Walia was born on 1st October 1965 in a farmers’ family in Tissang, in the Muzafarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. His father’s name was Late Ch. Ratan Singh and Mother’s name is Smt Sumitra Devi. He holds a diploma from ITI college, Dehradun.

Shri Walia is a peace-loving, disciplined, punctual and hardworking person.

Shri Walia has an experience of more than 25 years in politics and social service. He is in journalism since last 12 years. He has held various Governmental and Cooperative positions in the past.
